What is your shipping Policy?
Prints All prints are shipped from my fulfillment Print partner located in Austin, Texas, USA. Therefore, upon check out, do not select "Pick up" unless you live in Austin, TX.
The printing and shipping of prints is done by associated American print shop Print Partner located in Austin (Texas), it is therefore subjected to their own guidelines.
Originals Once the transaction is confirmed on the website, the preparation and packing begins. The process takes 5-7 business days for works under 36" in size and 7-10 business days for works over 36" in size. Then we must add a few more business days for the shipping depending on the distance of the location. This only applies to shipping within the United States.
Works under 36" in size are packed in industrial strength cardboard, bubble wrap, layers of additional cardboard, corners, sealed plastic bag and acid-free glassine paper. Works over 36" in size are packed in a wood crates, bubble wrap, layers of additional cardboard, corners, sealed plastic bag or what is needed.

Insurance
All the original artworks are insured for the value of the sale during the shipping. The shipping cost includes the insurance.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Don’t love your new artwork? If the original artwork doesn't satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days of I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping might or might not be covered depending on situation.
